Robert Millikan, a Nobel Prize Laureate, developed his very successful Oil Drop experiment after a number of valiant and ingenuous undertakings. His results are landmark scientific achievements.

Assignment 01

Review, from any advanced level physics resource or internet search results, a basic description of Millikan’s famous Oil Drop experiment. 

For evaluation, summarize a very brief description of the experiment. In your report of “Millikan’s Oil Drop Experiment,” be sure to also include / state:

• 1. A simple diagram of the apparatus he used.
• 2. The two (2) most important findings by Millikan.
